Our Vision

We aim to make the best automation technology accessible to SME Manufacturers.

As manufacturing conglomerates of the 20th Century continue to fragment into leaner entities we’ve begun a new era where SMEs work together, and external strategic advantage is based on being part of an efficient ecosystem. That’s where we fit in. We’re helping this new paradigm of SME networks develop integrated supply chains, shop-floor automation, and efficiencies that allow them to compete on a world stage.

What do we offer?

It’s important that businesses note that “automation” is not about adding in some new crazy, untested technology overnight – it’s about a journey. We strongly believe before you can plan an automated factory, you’ve got to get the basics right manually first.

We always begin by examining the Management Information System. We ensure businesses have made their processes efficient, measurable and standardised. Once done, we then begin implementing a PDCA cycle, allowing the business to fully monitor the production at a high level, and initiate continuous improvement projects to assist them where they are.

Finally, we look at implementing automation. We do this by looking at the standardised processes and real business data to work out which areas are best suited to automation. From here, we work with industry partners to discuss the specific technical detail required to integrate the businesses equipment or organisations. This could be, for example, an off-the-shelf JDF integration with printing presses, or bespoke EDI with a supplier.

Our Values

As Christian business owners, we aim to be an ethical firm, demonstrating how business can be done profitably without compromising on reputation. We are proof that Corporate Social Responsibility doesn’t risk shareholder value, but protects it.

Great businesses look for talent, regardless of background or belief. We believe the workplace should be a safe place to be yourself, to have fun, and support a healthy work life balance. In all, we think that if we look after our employees, customers and suppliers, they will look after us.
